Return & Refund Policy

At NXTR, we want you to feel fully confident with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email us at info@nxtr.store. All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Please do not return any items before receiving confirmation from our team.

If your return is approved, we will send you:

• A return shipping label

• Instructions on how and where to send your package

Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@nxtr.store so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Gift cards

• Used or washed garments

To exchange an item, we recommend completing a return and placing a new order. This is the fastest way to ensure availability of your preferred style or size.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:
